Front Desk Agent eLearning from Emerit delivers the skills and knowledge needed to be an effective front desk agent in the Canadian tourism sector. Learning content is based on the Front Desk Agent National Occupational Standards, which are developed in consultation with industry experts and practitioners and cover all aspects of working as a professional in the occupation.
